Tell us more about your ABLE Academy programme. It is a face-to-face, 12-month business expansion programme utilising a unique software programme in conjunction with the ABLE Peer to Peer process in a class room environment. We deep dive into the core areas of developing a business: Vision, Values, Company Promise, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Investment, Social Media, Strategy etc. We provide a money back guarantee if no value is obtained at the end of the 12 months. Who is your ideal candidate for the programme? Businesses with revenue in excess of £200k/year with a minimum of two employees looking to aggressively expand and eventually exit. When does the next cohort start? Our first Cohort has just completed the programme with excellent feedback. The next Cohort starts on 24th February 2023. What is the ABLE Roundtable? This is my hybrid peer group model consisting of well-established businesses where we meet face-to-face, once per quarter at a London venue with an international speaker workshop followed by lunch and the ABLE Clinic process. The intervening months are by zoom with separate half day speaker sessions and ABLE clinic sessions during the month. What marketing Strategies do you use to promote the Academy? Referrals, email marketing, networking and collaboration. However, this is an area that we currently updating Have you always been in business consultancy and training? I started my career in the Chemical Industry specialising in Printing Inks, Speciality Coatings, Plastics, Automotive Coatings and Chemical distribution sectors holding senior positions including CEO. I was introduced to the Peer to Peer model 25 years ago which led me to set up my own model 14 years ago and then ABLE in 2013. What do you do when not working? I am a keen gardener and have also set up a charity – The Joshua Lynagh Foundation. Tell us more about The Joshua Lynagh Foundation (JLF) My grandson died six years ago of a congenital heart condition at the age of 9 months.
